Photographs including prints, slides, postcards, tintypes, and aerial views of scenes around Oyster Bay and surrounding communities including Bayville, Locust Valley, and Syosset. Subjects of photographs include houses, stores, hotels, mills, cemeteries, churches, schools, Town offices, fire departments, railroad stations, dams, bridges, and historic houses such as Raynham Hall and Sagamore Hill. There are also three volumes of photographs taken 1976-1977 of streets, houses, businesses, and beaches in Oyster Bay; two volumes of slides and prints of historic houses, including pictures of the restoration of the Wightman House (now the home of the Oyster Bay Historical Society); postcards of houses, mansions, and hotels; and an album of carte-de-visite portraits of the Cock, Frost, and related families.
